How long can I send the goods back?
At Yefa we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so you can send the goods back to us within 14 days of receipt.

How do I track my delivery?
You can track your order and delivery on our tracking page .
How long does the delivery take?
We cannot give a general answer to this question. Please read the information on each product carefully. Many products reach you a few days after ordering, but some are shipped directly from the manufacturer and take a little longer. After you have placed your order, you can make your delivery on our websiteTracking page track.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We will always try to do justice to your wishes. Please note, however, that once an order has been processed by us, a change or cancellation is usually no longer possible. This often happens a few hours after the order is placed. The goods can of course still be sent back after receipt.
Where will my order be shipped from?
This depends on the product. We ship most products to you directly from our warehouse. However, there are also products that are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and sometimes from abroad.
Do you have a store I can visit?
We are currently working on a store in Berlin, but there is currently no store that can be visited.
